On Friday evening Milan was invited to join seven other artists to draw and paint a cellist while she rehearsed for her performance the following day.
The concert on Saturday 18th May was part of the Music in the Wood series of music events at Lucy’s Barn. At the concert one work by each artist would be sold in aid of Cruse Bereavement Care Cumbria.
Milan did the painting ‘Li Lu rehearsing‘ for the concert, and he did the drawing ‘After the rehearsal’ from memory back in the studio.
